The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming throughout my visit, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The location was convenient, allowing for easy access to nearby attractions.

We had a great stay, especially with the kids enjoying the nearby Columbia Place Mall and the staff being quite helpful addressing our concerns. Plus, the location was very convenient for our family, making it easy to explore the area together with our cousin.

My wife says that the cleanliness in our room could be improved significantly.

The location is great for accessing nearby attractions like Columbia Place Mall, making it convenient for family outings. We were relieved to find a pet-friendly place that welcomed us along with our three dogs. it made our stay much more enjoyable.

In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness of the rooms needs serious improvement.

The location was perfect with a McDonald's across the parking lot. The comfortable beds helped us rest despite being near the freeway. A little noise dampening would improve the atmosphere, though breakfast options could be better than just coffee and muffins.
